LOG HOME RESTORATION - BAYVIEW
We pride ourselves in providing the best log home restoration in the Pacific Northwest! Our process begins with sandblasting the logs to remove all paint, old stain, and other unwanted coatings. Once the wood has been stripped, we like to Osborn brush the logs to remove the gritty wood fuzz that coats the surface. For this step, we also often use sandpaper to smoothe out the logs. After this, it’s time to apply Borate, an insecticide and fungicide to protect the logs from future damage. Then, once the Borate has dried, we apply two coats of stain to give your log home a perfect glossy finish!
